Flowers begin blooming, leaves are unfolding, and spring
showers saturate the ground. It’s a new season of growth, a new beginning, a
time for renewal. It is a time, too, to think about personal growth and
self-renewal. It can be a time to examine one’s self-image and self-esteem, the
most important factors in having and maintaining happiness and a sense of
well-being. Having a positive self-image and self-esteem can be difficult, however,
especially if one is affected by life’s disappointments or hardships.
Join psychotherapist, Susie Mason, for an evening of
self-examination and exploration into the topics of self-image and self-esteem.
Participants will learn ways to
determine their own levels of self-image and self-esteem and explore ways to
improve them. A balanced approach to examining these aspects of oneself will be
to identify and acknowledge one’s good qualities.
